These webinars are hihgly interactive sessions and are limited to nine participants. They require an hour or so of preparation before the session. You will be sent the handouts and advance reading materials within one business day of your registration so you have an opportunity to review them before and after the webinar. Questions? How to Become a Storytelling NonProfit

Communications is very simple -- those with the best stories succeed. Communicating with the media is also very simple -- journalists are always interested in human interest stories. And who has better and immediate access to interesting and newsworthuy human interest stories than nonprofit organizations? Storytelling is not about getting people to donate money or earn media coverage. It's about making your donors and the journalists most likely to be interest in your organization become drawn to your cause and feel committed to something bigger than themselves. Stories take audiences on a journey from thinking to feeling. When audiences move from thinking into their emotional selves with a storytelling approach, you are cultivating a more meaningful  and significant relationship and more likely to have your stories told.

You will receive the ZOOM invitation link first thing in the morning of the webinar sent to the email address you used when you registered. Upon entry, your video will be enabled and your microphone will be muted. When the webinar starts, I will ask you one at a time, alphabetically by first name, to unmute and introduce yourself so we can get to know each other better before we begin. This webinar is limited to nine participants all from nonprofit organizations.
