Media Release Writing Services

Media ReleasesIf your nonprofit has an interesting story to tell or a news announcement that warrants media attention and you want help putting together your media release, we are at your service. We will ask you questions, conduct research, suggest multimedia elements and write your media release for you. After your media release is approved, you can decide if you prefer to distribute the release yourself, have us distribute it on your behalf or purchase any of the other services listed here.

Please allow five business days to complete the writing process and get your media release formatted for email delivery and approved before you would like your media release distributed.

Sign up for this 3 hour tune-up and you'll learn how to present yourself on camera, handle difficult questions, be confident instead of defensive in challenging media situations, and maintain your composure no matter the circumstances. You’ll learn how to get your messages across no matter what.

We recently purchased an annual subscription to www.mediainalberta.ca and took advantage Marilyn's special offer of a complimentary one hour tutorial. During the tutorial, we reviewed her entire list of media in Alberta. After discussion about our communication objectives, we selected what we thought would be the top 20 reporters at newspapers, radio and television stations in Alberta that would be most interested in our news.. We also reviewed the media lists on the website to make sure I could access my subscription and research other reporters. The hour or so I spent with Marilyn was an excellent introduction to the media in Alberta and already well worth the time and money we spent on our subscription. I am now fully prepared to navigate the media landscape in Alberta.
