These webinars are hihgly interactive sessions and are limited to nine participants. They require an hour or so of preparation before the session. You will be sent the handouts and advance reading materials within one business day of your registration so you have an opportunity to review them before and after the webinar. Questions? How to Pitch Your Stories to the Media

By the end of this 60 minute webinar, you’ll feel capable, confident and be fully prepared to pitch your story ideas by phone and by email to the reporters most likely to be interested in them. Best of all, you’ll have at least 5 knock-your-socks-off newsworthy story ideas and a detailed contact list of the top 10 reporters, editors and news producers most likely be to be interested in your stories.

You will receive the ZOOM invitation link first thing in the morning of the webinar sent to the email address you used when you registered. Upon entry, your video will be enabled and your microphone will be muted. When the webinar starts, I will ask you one at a time, alphabetically by first name, to unmute and introduce yourself so we can get to know each other better before we begin. This webinar is limited to nine participants all from nonprofit organizations.
